Do you recognize this?
→ Do you want to create more clarity and peace of mind for yourself and within your team?
→Do you want to lead your team authentically, being true to who you really are, without the stress of having to play a role?
→ Do you want to use your own personal growth as a leader to help your team grow too, so that you can all pull in the same direction and achieve your objectives?
→Do you want to feel more confident in your roles – as a leader and as a team – with less stress and a positive atmosphere?
→ Do you want to understand where you’re losing energy, where difficulties in communication and collaboration arise, and how to tackle them?

Authentic leadership begins
with self-awareness as a leader
As a former scientific researcher, I developed the SVD Scans – Sustainable Vitality Development. Building on more than fifteen years of experience in guiding leaders, I created the Authentic Leadership Programme.
Authentic leadership starts with knowing who you are – and, from that foundation, consciously choosing how you lead. As a leader, you play a decisive role in shaping the culture within your team.
That is why I always look at the bigger picture: your unique talents, the extent to which you are able to use them in your leadership role – or, on the contrary, feel you have to play a role – and how this impacts the clarity, balance and dynamics within your team.
Discover the three pillars of the Authentic Leadership Programme with the SVD scans
By linking talent, leadership and culture, we highlight where natural strengths, genuine leadership behaviour and the organisational context reinforce one another — and where tension or a loss of energy may arise.
1
Talentscan
Your unique leadership talents
Your talent scan provides insight into your natural strengths and the way in which you create value through your own efforts.
2
Leadership Scan
The leadership roles you take on
The leadership scan reveals which leadership roles you are actually taking on today. Are you making the most of your natural talents? Which leadership roles are most in line with who you are? And in which areas might your role require extra effort or energy?
3
Culture Scan
The culture in your team
The culture scan then broadens the focus to the environment in which you and your team operate. What approaches to collaboration, decision-making and action are encouraged within the organisation? And to what extent does that culture align with your leadership style and with what people need to perform well?
