Strong leadership starts
with the person behind the leader
As an organisational psychologist with a background in academic research, I have been supporting entrepreneurs, managers and organisations for over 15 years in the areas of personal leadership, resilience and organisational culture. My work always centres on the question of how leaders can deal more effectively and mindfully with pressure, responsibility and the dynamics within their teams.
In addition to my 1-to-1 programmes, I am the owner of De Zinhoeve, a nature retreat where leaders and teams are given the space to slow down, reflect and rediscover their direction through retreats and workshops. Guided by the same vision, I also founded House of Vitality, where we support organisations with assessments and programmes focused on wellbeing, collaboration and leadership.
I also share my insights through my books Innerlijke rust in een druk leven (Inner Peace in a Busy Life) and Persoonlijk leiderschap (Personal Leadership) my podcast *Personal Balance*, my blog and the e-book Jouw gids tot betere samenwerking (Your Guide to Better Collaboration).
Author
Sharon Vandousselaere writes about what often feels elusive: peace, focus and direction in a life that keeps accelerating. In her books, such as Innerlijke rust in een druk leven (Inner Peace in a Busy Life) and Persoonlijk leiderschap (Personal Leadership), she translates psychological insights into clear, practical steps. She offers a framework in which you not only learn to cope with busyness and expectations, but also learn to make conscious choices, manage your energy and take back leadership of your own life and work.
Her work brings together gentleness and structure, precisely where lasting change takes root.
