About Sharon
As an organisational psychologist with a background in academic research, I have been working with entrepreneurs, managers and organisations for over 15 years on personal leadership, resilience and organisational culture.
I also own de Zinhoeve, a retreat centre for management retreats and workshops, and founder of House of Vitality, where we support organisations through assessments and programmes focused on wellbeing, collaboration and leadership.
I wrote the books innerlijke rust in een druk leven (Inner Peace in a Busy Life) and Persoonlijk leiderschap (Personal Leadership), and I share my insights via my podcast *Personal Balance*, my blog and the e-book Jouw gids tot betere samenwerking (Your Guide to Better Collaboration).
